The emails continue at a pace.

However as I appear to be the Villain of the peace in all things I would like firstly:-

To give apologise to all or anyone who has felt offended by any action or anything said over my long association with the Club, this is done unreservedly.

Also I will resign from my Positions at the Club, in all things with effect from my Formal Announcement at tomorrows Committee Meeting.

There will be a considerable number of matters to be done during such transition.

I will endeavour to deal with this as quickly as possible, it could take 3 or 4 weeks, if I can clear the bulk in 7 days, that will be good. (for me)

As they say in the BBC "Dragons Den" --- I'm out.

I'm not too sure how many members are still using the forum?
Thought I'd put the feelers out to see if any members are thinking of using the Club on New Years Eve as we are not sure how many are coming along.
Hope some of you are going to be there at some point, if you are I look forward to seeing you there, if not have a great New Years Eve and I'll see you all in 2008.

We have just found out the sad news that Arthur Petchey has passed away,

For those who know him, will know him as the founder many years ago of the Selsey Cricket Club Darts team.

Also entertaining us many times, with his Disco the A.L.P disco.

The chairman and committee would like to send their sincere condolences to Arthur's family on their very sad loss.

The Committee wishes all its members a very Happy Christmas & happy and healthy New Year.

The Club opening times leading up to Christmas etc are as follows.

Friday 21st December Club open 7:30 p.m
Monday 24th December Club open 7:30 p.m

Friday 28th December Club open from 7:30 p.m
Sunday 30th December Club open from 1:30 p.m (SKY football Man City v Liverpool 4:00 p.m)

Monday 31st December New Years Eve party 7:30 p.m till late !!!!
The New Years Eve party and Disco for Members, their Families and their Guests.

No entry charges

All contributions for the Buffet will be appreciated, please bring on the night, like last year.
